PLEASE READ LIABILITY *

Training Fee All fees are due in full before the first training session. a) Client/Owner(s) agrees to pay trainer Ryan Bullard a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $450 for a package of 3 sessions (approximate length 1 hour each) or $750 for a package of 5 sessions (approximate length 1 hour each). b) All sessions must be completed within 120 days from the date of commencement of contract, or they will be forfeited with no refund. Training This is a contract by and between trainer Ryan Bullard, and the Client/Owner(s) identified above, wherein the Client/Owner(s) is enrolling with the dog named above in a private training course. Services Trainer agrees to provide private lessons for Client/Owner(s) and Dog on a lesson-by-lesson basis, the goal being to teach Client/Owner(s) how to train and work with the Dog. These lessons will occur at the Client/Owner(s) home or other agreed-upon location. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client/Owner(s) achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of the Dogs performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation. Client/Owner(s) understand that he/she and all household members must follow through with trainers' instructions, work with the dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to the Dog. Cancellation Policy If the Client/Owner(s) fails to give at least 24 hours' cancellation notice or is absent during a scheduled appointment, session fees are still due. For the package deal, the session will still be counted as one session. No Refund Policy Client/Owner(s) understand that all packages/individualized sessions purchased are made final and are not subject to refund. Liability Release/Assumption of Risk This agreement releases trainer Ryan Bullard from all liability for injuries that may occur during behavior modification/ dog training activities. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold trainer Ryan Bullard entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in behavior modification/ dog training activities. These include but are not limited to potential (bites, scrapes, bruises, etc.). I swear that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in said activities. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions, as explained to me verbally. I will be sure to ask for clarification when needed.
